Co-Emulsifier (Lecithin)
We use things containing water as well as oil in our everyday life- two components not generally mixable with each other. To result an union of these substances emulsifiers are used. Emulsifiers guarantee that substances which are insoluble in each other can be mixed and form homogenous system.
